02 — How a top-up works

Choose an amount and a coin
From $20. The checkout shows an address, the exact coin amount and, where the network needs one, a memo. Larger top-ups carry a bonus: +10% from $100, +25% from $250, +40% from $500, +50% from $1,000.

Send exactly that amount
From any wallet or exchange. Under-payments are credited at the value received, over-payments in full. If your exchange deducts its fee from the amount, send a little more.

Spend the balance
The USD balance is credited when the transaction confirms and listed with its hash. Buy traffic or rent addresses from it; the balance and the traffic never expire.

The bonus is real balance, spent like the rest; it is never paid out or refunded. The USD value of a top-up is fixed at the rate of the moment the transaction is detected.
03 — Why crypto only
Fewer intermediaries, fewer forms, no chargebacks.
A card processor would require identity checks, keep a payment instrument on file and allow disputes long after traffic was delivered. A prepaid wallet funded in crypto needs none of that, so the rules can be about behaviour rather than paperwork.
Privacy at sign-up
An email address and a password. No identity documents, no phone number, no billing address; we store what billing and abuse handling require and delete the rest on a published schedule.
Prepaid by design
Nothing is billed that was not funded first. No card on file, no automatic charge you did not opt into; renewals, when you switch them on, only ever use the balance.
Public USD prices
Every price is in dollars on every page and at checkout. The coin amount is computed at the current rate and fixed for the payment window, so the coin you choose never changes what a gigabyte costs.
Accountability on behaviour
No KYC does not mean no rules. The acceptable use policy is enforced on every network, abuse reports are investigated and offending accounts are closed. Privacy for customers, protection for the people behind the IPs.

05 — Records and refunds
Every satoshi accounted for.
The dashboard keeps a ledger of every top-up with its transaction hash, every purchase with its tier or term, and usage per day, network and sub-user. The same data is available through the API.
Ledger and API
Top-ups, bonuses, purchases and refunds each have their own line. GET /v1/balance and GET /v1/usage return the same figures as the dashboard.
Refund of unused balance
Unused wallet balance is refunded to the wallet it came from, minus network fees. Bonus credit is not refundable. Details in the refund policy.
Faulty products
A dedicated address unreachable for more than 24 hours is replaced for the rest of its term; traffic packs are refundable within 14 days if less than 10 % was consumed.

Which cryptocurrencies does ProxShift accept?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin, Monero, Solana, Tron, Dogecoin, and other major coins listed at checkout. Every payment funds a USD wallet; every product is paid from that balance.
Can I pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer?
No. ProxShift is paid in cryptocurrency only. There is no card on file, no recurring charge and no chargeback mechanism; the prepaid wallet is the only payment instrument.
What is the minimum top-up?
$20. It buys a few gigabytes of residential traffic, a single ISP address or mobile device for 24 hours, or a datacenter address for 30 days: enough to test on your real target. Unused balance stays on the account.
Do I have to verify my identity?
No. An email address and a password open the account; no identity documents, no phone number, no sales call. The acceptable use policy is enforced on behaviour instead.
How long until my balance is credited?
When the transaction reaches the confirmation depth of its network, which the checkout shows: seconds on Solana or Tron, minutes on Litecoin or Ethereum, longer on Bitcoin when the network is busy. Every top-up is listed with its transaction hash.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Under-payments are credited at the value received; over-payments are credited in full. The USD value is fixed at the exchange rate of the moment the transaction is detected.
Is the top-up bonus real balance?
Yes: it is credited with the top-up on its own ledger line (+10% from $100, +25% from $250, +40% from $500, +50% from $1,000) and spent exactly like balance. It is never paid out or refunded.
Are payments refundable?
Unused wallet balance can be refunded to the wallet it came from, minus network fees. Consumed traffic and delivered terms are not refundable; a dedicated address that stays unreachable for more than 24 hours is replaced instead. The refund policy has the details.
Which coin is cheapest for a small top-up?
Litecoin, Tron, Solana or a dollar stablecoin on a low-fee network: fees of cents or less. Bitcoin works too but its network fee can be a large share of a small deposit at busy times.
Do prices change with the coin I use?
No. Prices are in USD on every page and at checkout; the amount of coin due is computed at the current rate and fixed for the payment window. What you pay in a coin is the USD price, plus the network fee your wallet charges to send.
