01 — All locations
Each country page lists the networks available there, the price that applies, the cities and providers you can target, and the exact username to use.
Target from the username: -cc-us -state-ny -city-newyork -asn-7922 Same per-GB rate in every location.
02 — Coverage by network
The residential pool covers every country. Dedicated products exist where the underlying address space or hardware does, which is why their lists are shorter.

03 — How location targeting works
On the residential and mobile pools you never buy a country. You append it to the username, request by request, and the gateway routes you there at the same per-GB rate.
-cc-. State is available in the United States, city in most large countries, ASN anywhere the provider announces its own range.-sid- and -ttl-. Omit them to rotate on every request.ip:port endpoints located there.04 — Questions
Not for per-GB traffic: residential and rotating mobile cost the same in every country. Dedicated IPs and devices are priced by region because the underlying address space and hardware cost differ; the region and its rate are shown on each country page and before you order.
Yes on the residential pool: state targeting in the United States, city targeting in most large countries, and ASN targeting anywhere. Add the parameter to the username; nothing needs to be regenerated.
ISP proxies need consumer providers that lease address blocks to datacenters, which happens in about 30 countries. Datacenter proxies need facilities on major exchanges. The residential pool has no such constraint, so it covers every country.
Use a residential sticky session: it holds one household exit in that country for up to 24 hours and is replaced in the same location if the device goes offline.
Yes. Every location is reachable over HTTP(S) on port 9000 and SOCKS5 on port 9001 of the same gateway, with the same username parameters.
Country pages are generated from the same tables the checkout uses, so a network shown as available here is orderable. Live pool size per country is shown in the dashboard once you sign in.
